June 16, 2009 - Conspire 1.0-beta1 has been released; Windows binaries to follow soon.
Conspire now has a Windows port; however, you must compile it by hand and at this point in time bug reports are ill-advised.

Outbound regular expression-based substitution.
Netsplit detection (incomplete; only affects quit messages).
Sane /away handling.
Sane message-splitting (split long messages along word boundaries with optional decorators).
Proper IPv6 support
Strips 'Quit:' and 'Exit:' garbage some ircds like to insert for stupid mIRC lusers.
MONITOR support.
SSL support via [GnuTLS].
IRC Authentication Layer (IAL, also known as IRC-SASL) support.
Cairo-based XText implementation.
HTML-style RGB colour support (as ^C#rrggbb and ^C#rgb).
